Sometimes orders are delivered in multiple packages due to item availability, storage conditions (e.g. frozen vs dry goods), or courier handling. If something is missing, it may be arriving in a separate delivery or was temporarily out of stock and refunded or substituted.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue promptly and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

We currently do not offer exchanges, especially for perishable or frozen items, due to food safety regulations.
